I am Psychologist Yashashree, a Consulting Psychotherapist with four years of professional experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My aim is to offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported at your own pace.

Over the past four years, I have worked with individuals facing challenges such as stress, sleep difficulties, procrastination, low confidence, negative self-image, emotional overwhelm, and relationship concerns. I help clients understand their patterns, recognise their strengths, and develop practical ways to navigate everyday challenges. I understand that every person and every relationship has a different story. That's why I believe counselling should never be a one-size-fits-all experience. My professional experience also includes child and adolescent psychology, psychological and vocational assessment exposure, life-skills training, and mental health awareness initiatives. My training includes Queer Affirmative Therapy, Art and Expressive Arts Therapy, Colour Therapy, and QPR Gatekeeper training, alongside certifications in life coaching and soft-skills training.
