Consulted Dr.Jayareshmi for both myself (PCOD) and my mother-in-law(Stage 2 Diabetes). I was struggling with issues of PCOD since two years. Never got any precise medications or Diets even after consulting many doctors. My colleague referred Dr.Jayareshmi and did consultation online as I am based on Gurgaon. Dr helped me find the right diets, exercises and nutrition, along with minimal medications and sufficient supplements. I am getting my health back on right track, slowly but steadily.

Consulted Dr.Jayareshmi for Diabetes. Dr prescribed a set of internal medicines, a proper diet plan and a set of Yoga practices to follow. Also advised to take HbA1c blood test. I consulted her again with the test report, and then she modified the diet plan as per my results. She was generous enough to waive-off the consultation charges for my re-consultation. My third consultation is scheduled after two weeks. Following my diet plan and medicines strictly.
