What is an Ayurveda?

Ayurveda uses a range of treatments to encourage health and well-being. These treatments include: Panchakarma ("5 actions", Yoga, Massage, Acupuncture, and Herbal medicine. 

Ayurveda is said to have originated in India around 3,000 years ago. It is known as the "Mother of all healing systems".
